Your account

You need an account to use UniClip, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on devices you have paired.

You may pair devices up to the limit included with your plan. Devices you no longer use can be removed at any time.

Trial and subscription

New accounts include a free trial. When it ends, syncing pauses until a subscription is active; your devices and settings are kept.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and syncing continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use UniClip to move content you do not have the right to copy.
• Do not attempt to access devices or accounts that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with the service or attempt to circumvent its limits.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Syncing between devices on the same network continues to work during short interruptions to our services.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use UniClip after that means you accept the updated terms.
